Q: If I am planning to build on a large piece of property, when should we contact a landscape architect for planning of our pool, landscape, and outdoor amenities?

A: We prefer to come in as early as possible for consideration of all aspects of outdoor planning. Property drainage, home placement, drive size and shape, and tree preservation are just a few items of many to consider when building a home and planning a landscape project. Our team is more than qualified to assist in the decision process to ensure the project goes in the right direction without wasting time and dollars down the line.

Q: Are there expensive costs associated with using your firm for an all inclusive pool, summer kitchen, and landscape design?

A: Our Company will rebate 100% of the design cost back to the client if we are contracted to install one or more phases of the design. There are design fees associated with the plans if the client chooses to keep our prints and fails to contract us for the installation. Depending on the side of the project, these fees can range from $500-$1500 on average.

Q: Is there a warranty on the landscape, hardscape, irrigation, and outdoor amenities following installation?

A: We pride ourselves on guarantee of our products and services. Warranty of our construction services are as follows:

• Landscape Planting – 1 year (with service contract)
• Irrigation Installation – 2 years (equipment and labor)
• Hardscape Features – 10 years (retention walls and surfaces)
• Landscape Lighting – 1 year
